Tony Easterling found a hobby in exploring the art of barbecue in 2013. Over a couple of years, this part-time hobby slowly evolved into a small business, beginning with selling just a few orders to family and friends each week in Hillsboro, Texas.
In 2018, Tony decided it was time to take it to the next level and purchased the infamous red trailer along with its own custom smoker. "Tony's Backyard BBQ" then kicked into full swing.

Set Up Days

Community Events

Hillsboro is our home, and we love participating in community events and giving back. Over the last few years, we have been involved in wonderful community events such as EclipseBoro, Autumn Fest, Children’s Miracle Network Golf Weekend, & more!

Catering

Company parties, graduation parties, or weddings; we cater them all! We have been honored to provide meals for hundreds of events ranging from 10 people to 600 people.
